Data we process as controller
Account data of our customers (name, email, billing data) to provide the service and invoice it, on the basis of the contract. Kept while the account is active and afterwards as required by tax law.
Data we process for our customers
On our customers' websites we act as processor (see the Data Processing Agreement). The script stores a random visitor identifier and behavioural events. It does not collect names, emails or IP addresses: IPs are used only to derive the country and are discarded.
Where data is stored
On servers located in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). Sub-processors: [LIST: Hetzner, Cloudflare, Stripe, email provider].
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacidad@itero.es. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
