The service

itero is a web experimentation tool provided by [COMPANY NAME] as software as a service.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance according to tested visitors (MTU). Above 120% of the plan, new visitors stop entering experiments until the next month. Prices exclude VAT.

Free trial

14 days without a payment method. When it ends, experiments stop until a plan is chosen.

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for the content of its variants and for obtaining visitor consent where required.

Support access

To provide support, authorised itero staff may view an account in read-only mode. Every access is logged.
